POLAD Responds To Reports “They Will Spend US$4.5M On Re-engagement Drive”

Political Actors Dialogue (POLAD) forum members have refuted claims by the Zimbabwe Independent, a local publication that they are set to spend US$4.5 million on the re-engagement drive.

The allegations attracted the wrath of many Zimbabweans including the opposition MDC led by Nelson Chamisa which described the alleged planned tour as a misplaced priority considering that the country has an acute foreign currency deficit.
