PICTURE: “V11” Form Altered Using Tippex In Malawi Presidential Election

A panel of five judges sitting on the Malawi Constitutional Court bench on Monday ruled that the country’s Presidential election results were not credible.

The judges said that correctional fluid – known locally by the brand name Tipp-Ex – was used to alter the results on some forms. Below is a picture of a form that was tempered with:
