"I Created A New Corruption," ED

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has said that he dissolved the old Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC0 and created a new one.

During the speech, a slip of the tongue spoiled the image of the president as he said that he created a “new corruption”, “a new corruption headed by a woman” instead of a “new anti-corruption commission headed by a woman”.

His remarks come when the ZACC is being criticised for “failing” to effectively deal with corruption in the country.
