The commander of the Quds force, which was previously run by the late general Qassem Suleimani has urged Iranians to “be patient and witness the deaths of Americans across the Middle East”.
The Quds Force is a unit in Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps directed to carry out unconventional warfare and military intelligence operations.
These remarks are made after a United States of America airstrike in Iraq killed Qasem Soleimani.
Meanwhile, the USA is reinforcing reportedly deploying over 3500 more troops to the Middle East in preparation of the anticipated retaliation by Iran.
So far, oil prices have responded to Iran-USA tensions by going up, a development that can cause the world to go into an economic recession considering the importance of oil to every sector of the economy.
