Allegations That Marry Who Was Too Sick To Drag “A Fully Grown Man” Attempted To Kill Her Husband Are Nonsensical – Marry’s Lawyer

Marry Chiwenga‘s lawyer in her bail application hearing on Tuesday said Marry was too sick to have dragged her husband Newsday reports.

Mr Taona Nyamakura said the murder charges would not stick and called them nonsensical as he said Marry’s medical reports show she was too sick at the time to have committed the crime the way they are saying she did.

According to the publication:

He(Marry’s lawyer) said there was a medical report to prove that Mubaiwa was sick at the time the offence was allegedly committed and said it was not, therefore, possible for her to drag a fully grown man and disappear from the scene.

Marry is also facing forgery and externalisation charges.
