President Emmerson Mnangagwa has said that every society has institutions which govern the conduct of residents. He added that failure to adhere to rules and regulations stipulated by them would result in anarchy.

Mnangagwa, without mentioning names, also said that those rejecting the outcome of the elections were also disobeying God who wants order.
