Harare Mayor Councillor Herbert Gomba and four senior council officials are set to visit the City of Nanning at the invitation of the Mayor of Nanning, Zhou Hongbo, in China.
The Chinese side pledged to cover the Harare delegation’s local transportation, food and accommodation for the period during which they will be in China, that is, from 18 to 23 December this year. Below is the Zhou’s invitation letter to Gomba:

We are very pleased to invite you and your delegation (6 people in total) to visit China and the city of Nanning from December 18 through 23 this year.
During the visit, we will arrange the meeting with Nanning municipality officials and representatives from the department of industry and information, agriculture, urban management, etc.
We will also arrange some official visits to deepen mutual understanding. We hope both sides will take this opportunity to promote our friendship and cooperation.
The expenses of local transportation, food and accommodation of your delegation in Nanning will be borne by our side. We look forward to welcoming you and your colleagues in Nanning.
