EcoCash Dismisses Message Claiming That It Is Closing Down

EcoCash has dismissed as fake a message claiming that the mobile money platform and other mobile money services will be closed down on 1 December 2019.
The message goes on to say that EcoCash users have to empty their wallets into bank accounts. Below is a screenshot of the warning from EcoCash:
