Tino Kadewere's Injury a Big Blow For Us - Warriors Manager

Warriors technical manager Wellington Mpandare said an injury to France-based striker Tinotenda Kadewere is a huge blow to the warriors as he has been scoring lots of goals for his club.

Mpandare told StandardSport on Saturday that coach Antipas will decide if wants to find a replacement for Kadewere in the provisional 24-man squad. Said Mpandare:

It’s a big blow, he’s been scoring lots of goals in France and obviously, the coach would have wanted him for the upcoming matches.

Remember he missed the World Cup qualifier against Somalia and he was looking forward to the upcoming matches because it would have been the first time for him to be playing under coach Joey [Antipas].

He is obviously disappointed and it’s a big blow for us. We will discuss with the coach to see if he wants a replacement or we continue with those 23 players.
