The Zambian leader tweeted:

#Zambia in solidarity with other countries in the SADC region and beyond calls for the immediate lifting of sanctions imposed on the Republic of Zimbabwe to allow the country to succeed on their path to social and economic development. @edmnangagwa

He also accompanied his tweet with a written statement.
