Tragic End To A Road Fight As Woman Is Fatally Struck By A Car While Fighting

In a sad incident that happened in Gweru, a woman who was fighting with another man was struck dead by car as they were fighting in the middle of the road. National police spokesperson Paul Nyathi confirmed the incident to the Daily News and said:

Police in Gweru are investigating a case of a fatal road accident where a woman was hit by a car at the 264 km peg along the Harare-Bulawayo road while fighting with an unknown man in the middle of the road on October 11 at 4am.

The man is alleged to have quickly driven away in a Ford Ranger, AEX 6370, after the accident. Police are investigating to ascertain the circumstances leading to the accident.
