The FBC Bank’s internal circular of 4 October suggests that the bank is paying its workers in United States Dollars. The circular meant to guide bank branches on the Terms and Conditions which were set by the central bank, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe to govern organisations paying workers’ salaries in USD.

I have my doubts that they would be getting paid in U.S. Such civil servants will be lucky if they get a few bond notes. Like most financial documents they might have U.S. dollars written on them but it is understood that it is bonds.
