Tongaat Hulett In Major Restructuring Exercise

Sugar producing company, Tongaat Hulett, has announced a major restructuring exercise that has seen the chairperson and four directors chopped.

The company is replacing its current chairperson, Bahle Sibisi with Louis von Zeuner, an independent non-executive director appointed to the group’s board in late 2018.

One of the outgoing directors is Zimbabwean Rachel Kupara who together with the other offloaded staff will vacate offices on the 30th of September.
