Fuel Prices Up
Fuel prices went up again yesterday New Ziana reports, reversing last week’s decline which had been cheered by consumers. The New Ziana, quoting the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority wrote:
The changes in the fuel prices are due to the FOB (Free on Board) price movements and the revised duty regime applicable from Monday, 9 September 2019.Operators may however, sell at prices below the cap depending on their trading advantages
The new prices are as follows according to the same publication:
Petrol $9.95
Diesel $10.42

ZERA said they will review the fuel price on a weekly basis in order to ensure that it does not lag behind.
