Download PANIC BUTTON App & Report Human Rights Abuses - Author

Founder of the Extra Ordinary Women Network in Milton Keynes, England, UK, and author, Trucila Chimanikire Mutasa has said that the panic button application has urged Zimbabweans to download the panic button application for them to easily report human rights abuses.

Posting on Twitter, The author said:

The increasing number of abductions & physical assault on citizens in #Zimbabwe is alarming & no one is safe. Following the January atrocities, I shared the #panicbutton app I advise everyone whose life may be at risk to download this app & have it handy!

She earlier posted about the application telling how it functions. She said:

This app will call your priority contact as well as send them a distressed sms alert as well as post to your FB & Twitter account to alert of your distress. It also sends your location in the same sms This is a well-thought app which could be very useful in these perilous times.
