MDC Won't Be Swayed From The Legal Path - Tamborinyoka
MDC deputy spokesperson, Luke Tamborinyoka says that the ruling ZANU PF has captured Zimbabwe’s judiciary thus making it difficult for the opposition to follow the legal path.
Writing on social media, Tamborinyoka insists, however, that his party will not be swayed from prosecuting the “struggle” within the tenets of constitutionalism. He said:
Zanu PF and the captured courts are working very hard to sway us from the legal path. Yet we have sworn to prosecute our struggle within the tenets of constitutionalism and peace.
FeedbackThere is a very real danger of what could become of this continued brazen repression of an agitated people.
The MDC has been frustrated in its attempt to stage demonstrations in the country’s major cities in protest against the government’s failure to deal with a myriad of challenges affecting citizens.
