Former VP Phelekezela Mphoko Reportedly Fleeing Arrest By ZACC
Former Vice President, Phelekezela Mphoko, is reportedly on the run after he was summoned by the Zimbabwe Anti Corruption Commission over alleged criminal abuse of office.
Earlier today, reports suggested that ZACC rejected Mphoko’s statement which his lawyers had submitted at ZACC.
The Commission reportedly insisted that the former VP come to ZACC offices in person.
Mphoko claims that ZACC officers were told to leave his house since they had no warrant of arrest and or court order.
The alleged crimes are said to have been committed during Mphoko’s tenure as the Vice President.

ZACC officials told 263Chat that the ex-VP was now an escapee or fugitive from the law. They also revealed that the Commission was now in search of him.
