High Court Judge Expected To Give Ruling At 0900 On MDC Demo

High Court Judge, Musakwa, is expected to give a ruling with regards the MDC application seeking the nullification of a Prohibition Order it was served by the police against their planned demonstrations slated to begin on the 16th (today). The hearing in which the opposition party argued that the police prohibition of today’s protest march is illegal & unconstitutional has ended. Justice Musakwa expected to deliver judgement at 9 am.
