Matthew Rusike Opharnage Receives US$1 000 Worth Of Shoes
The Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) has made a donation of shoes worth US$1 000 to Mathew Rusike Children’s Home.
MAZ secretary-general, Gillian Rusike, said that the organisation has donated shoes to two schools in Masvingo as well.
MAZ considered it imperative to make the donation to ensure that children are able to go to school looking presentable, said Rusike.
MAZ board member Rose Chisveto, who also spoke at the handover ceremony, said:
We want to make sure that these children (are warm) this winter season.
