The Attorney General’s report has unearthed a number of issues at most ministries. Of late, we have learnt that only 39% of $100 000 meant for the elders was disbursed. The bulk was used for Admin and travel and allowances.

So many gross misappropriations of funds have been unearthed with the audit report. For example. ZIMSEC bought a printing press but still outsourced the printing of Examination papers a year after they had bought a printing press.
