Anglo American Platinum will commission a new US$62 million platinum smelter in Shurugwi on Friday next week. According to a newZWire report:

Anglo American Platinum will next Friday commission the new US$62m platinum smelter at Unki mine in Shurugwi.

The smelter will process platinum matte for Amplats’s base metals refineries.
