WATCH: Pres. Mnangagwa Says ZANU PF Is The Law In Zim

Speaking to ZANU PF supporters, President Mnangagwa gloats that ZANU PF is everything since it controls the army, police and the airforce. He said:

We are the army, we are the police, we are the airforce… we determine who can do mining in Zimbabwe, we determine who can construct a railway line in Zimbabwe, we determine who can build a road in Zimbabwe, no other party can do so.
