FC Porto and former Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas is reported to have suffered a heart attack on Wednesday (today) morning during a training session.
He is believed to be recovering in hospital following emergency surgery. The condition is expected to sideline him for the remainder of the current season. He is however belived to be in no further immediate danger and is expected to fully recover in no time.
According to a Portuguese newspaper, A Bola, Casillas felt pain on the pitch during a training session led by Porto coach Sergio Conceicao.
