10 people, among them 4 children escaped unscathed when a house they were sleeping in was engulfed by furious flames on Wednesday morning in Tshithaudze Suburb in Beitbridge.
The Beitbridge Municipality’s Head of Emergency Services George Maseko said that the fire broke out at around 5 AM, according to a Chronicle report.
The house was extensively damaged by the fire while a car that was parked in the yard was burnt to a shell.
