Chitando Is Taking The Mines Sector Nowhere - Mliswa
Norton legislator Temba Mliswa has claimed that the minister of Mines, Winstone Chitando is hindering progress in the Mines sector.
Mliswa posting via his Twitter account yesterday accused Chitando of corruption. The Norton Legislator made reference to Chitando’s dealings at Hwange Colliery to illustrate the corruption of the Mines minister. He alleged that Chitando ordered a reconstruction of the HCCL to cover up his corruption.
