Chinhoyi Municipality To Repossess Stands In Estate Arrears ⋆ Pindula News

The Municipality of Chinhoyi has announced that it will reposses all stands that have not been fully paid for.

In a statement, the local government urged all stand owners who have been neglecting their monthly instalments to have regularised their estate accounts by September 30 or risk losing the stands. The statement read:

Residents, companies and institutions who bought commercial, residential or industrial stands from Chinhoyi Municipality through instalment purchase agreements and are not paying their monthly instalments are hereby reminded to clear their arrears.

The council may repossess stands which are in estates arrears. Pay your dues to enable your Municipality to deliver its services with distinction.
