3 ZESA Workers Perish In Car Crash
Three Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) were killed in a car crash on Thursday morning after their company vehicle they were travelling in was involved in head-on-collision with another vehicle in Marondera.
Marondera police confirmed the accident, saying investigations were ongoing.
Eyewitnesses said that the trio was on its way to Marondera when the fatal crash occurred.
NewZimbabwe.com reports that the death of the three ZESA employees brings to seven, the number of road fatalities recorded in Marondera this week.
Last week four family members, including three children died on the spot after the driver of a Mercedes Benz lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road.
