Formerly popular and controversial Zimbabwean gospel musician, Ivy Kombo, returned to Zimbabwe this week for the first time in 14 years. Kombo is set to perform at a church conference during the weekend.
An official at the church (which is called Upper View Ministries International) confirmed the Kombo’s presence:
We are expecting her this afternoon (yesterday). She is coming together with her family for the church conference.
Upper View Ministries was founded by her husband, Admire Kasi.

Ivy Kombo is one of the most celebrated female gospel artiste in Zimbabwe. Kombo was also the director of the Gospel Train Records and co-founder of the Nguva Yakwana Celebrations gospel shows which incorporated South African artistes such as Vuyo Mokoena and Buhle. Read More About Ivy Kombo
