70 people have been confirmed dead from Tropical Cyclone Idai. The most affected province being Manicaland with 65 confirmed deaths, Mashonaland East with 4 and Masvingo 1.

Meanwhile, in Ngangu, Chimanimani, hundreds of people have taken shelter in a church while bodies of the deceased are yet to be buried as they await burial orders.
