EcoSure has apologised for deductions made in error from people’s EcoCash wallets today.
EcoCash was on the receiving side of several complaints on social media today from customers unhappy that the micro-insurance company had deducted money yet subscribers had never registered for the service.
EcoSure has said the deductions were made in error and that refunds have been processed.
The apology read:
We sincerely apologise for the EcoSure deductions that were erroneously made from some EcoCash customers.
The affect customers were part of the FREE Cover Promotion and refunds have already been processed.
