FC Platinum’s bid to add firepower to their forward ranks were dealt a huge blow when they signed former Kaizer Chiefs striker Edmore Chirambadare who is already contracted to South African club Maccabi FC.
Chirambadare convinced FC Platinum that he was a free agent. However, it has since been revealed that he signed a one-year contract due to end in August with an option of another year extension.
FC Platinum have already suffered another transfer setback after they signed Perfect Chikwende whom Chicken Inn claim is already contracted to them. The two clubs are also tussling over the ownership of Brett Amidu who recently signed for Chicken Inn claiming to be a free agent, but FC Platinum insists he is still their player.
Pure Platinum play are representing Zimbabwe in this year’s edition of the Total CAF Champions League following their maiden Premiership title in the 2018 season.
Edmore "Spanner" Chirambadare is a Zimbabwean footballer who plays for FC Platinum. He's a former player of South African premier league giants, Kaizer Chiefs where he was a striker.
