Harare businessman and socialite, Genius ‘Ginimbi’ Kadungure was yesterday given back his passport by Harare magistrate, Rumbidzai Mugwagwa.
Kadungure’s lawyer, Jonathan Samukange had pleaded with the court to give his client his passport back. Ginimbi is set to travel outside the country for business according to his lawyer.
In his application, Samukange said
As we all know your worship that the country is currently having a gas problem and the accused is a businessman who specializes in gas, so there is a need for him to go and do business.
Kadungure’s reporting conditions were cancelled as from the 10th of December 2018 to the 6th of January 2019, the time he would be out of the country.
