VIDEO: Acie Lumumba Also Called Mnangagwa King Of State Capture In 2017
In a video recorded in September 2017, recently fired chairperson of the Ministry of Finance communications taskforce, Acie Lumumba called President Mnangagwa who was then Vice President, the King of State Capture. In the same video Lumumba predicted that the then First Lady Grace Mugabe would be president by December.
In recent videos recorded this week, Lumumba exonerated Mnangagwa and accused someone whom he called ‘Queen Bee’ of State Capture. He said Queen Bee works with four senior managers at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) whom he accused of crimes ranging from off-the-books bond notes to corrupt allocation of foreign currency. The four RBZ senior managers have since been suspended pending investigations.
In the video recorded in September 2017, Lumumba from the 20 minute mark explains how Mnangagwa controls the State. Said Lumumba:
