Controversial businessman Frank Buyanga has claimed that Zimbabweans do not what real poverty is. Buyanga who recently imported Bugatti Veyron Fbg par Hermès at a cost of at least $3 million dollars including customs duty was responding to a question from a journalist. When asked if he did not feel any shame in driving such an expensive car when the majority of the people were wallowing in poverty, Buyanga told the Daily News,
There’s no real poverty in Zimbabwe. You should visit other parts of Africa where I’ve spent a lot of my time then you’ll get a reality check. Zimbabwe has just been badly managed and the wheels are starting to turn and as I say, if my establishment is to involve itself, the economy will flourish.
