Nelson Chamisa’s South Africa lawyer Advocates Tembeka Ngcukaitobi and Dali Mpofu has said that the government kept changing the reasons for denying the South African lawyers work permits to appear at the Constitutional Court. Ngcukaitobi, Mpofu and Jeremy Gauntlett were part of Nelson Chamisa’s legal team and were supposed to argue portions of his election petition but were denied permission by Justice Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi who they say was conflicted.
