The Harare Derby between Dynamos and Caps United has been called off to pave way for the inauguration of President Mnangagwa on Sunday 24 August 2018.
In a statement, PSL also said two other matches-between Highlanders and Shabanie as well as the one between Harare City and Black Rhinos have been cancelled for the same reason while other matches are going on as arranged. The statement by PSL reads:

The Premier Soccer League would like to advise the PSL Clubs and its stakeholders that the Castle Lager PSL Matchday 24 fixtures listed hereunder have been postponed to pave way for the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe on Sunday 26 August 2018;
Black Rhinos FC v Harare City FC
Dynamos FC v Caps United FC
Shabanie Mine FC v Highlanders FC
The new dates for the said fixtures will be announced in due course.
Please note that the rest of the other Matchday 24 fixtures will proceed as scheduled.
