“Smart Park Reloading Currently Not Working”, City Parking

In a press statement titled “Disruption of Smart Park Meter Services”, City Parking advised Harare motorists that they are facing technical challenges.

Said City Parking in the notice:

Please note that we are experiencing technical challenges with our smart park meter services.

As such, reloading is not functional. Please note that meters with credit are still usable.

However, city parking has pre-paid parking cards that motorists can use as an alternative.

The cards are available with our parking marshals as well as our offices.

Pre-paid cards have payment options for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour parking durations.

There is no paperwork or waiting period, you just pay $10 for the card, $5 of which being initial parking credit, and your card is issued ready to transact.
