Chamisa Legal Team Applies For SA's Jeremy Gauntlett, To Argue Portion Of Chamisa Presidential Challenge

Nelson Chamisa’s legal team has applied to the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, Ziyambi Ziyambi, for a ministerial certificate for South African lawyer Jeremy Gauntlett. Gauntlett who is a Senior Counsel (SC) and a Queen’s Counsel (QC) is supposed to argue a portion of Nelson Chamisa’s challenge of the presidential election results. Gauntlett joins other leading South African lawyers Advocates Dali Mpofu and Thembaka Ngcukaitobi on the case. Chamisa is alleging that there was electoral fraud and that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (Zec) manipulated the votes to favour President Emmerson Mnangagwa. Said David Coltart,
