The MDC National Chairman, Morgan Komichi was granted $200 bail by a Harare magistrate today. He was arrested yesterday and charged with contravening section 186 of the Electoral Act after he allegedly obstructed proceedings related to the announcement of the results of the 2018 elections.
Komichi was ordered to surrender his passport to the clerk of court and report to the CID Law and Order every Friday as part of his bail conditions.
