Noted public speaker and master of ceremonies Emmanuel Manyika has died. Manyika passed away in the early hours of Thursday 5 July. After learning of his death journalist Clarkson Mambo said,
He called himself Zimbabwe’s and Africa’s only ISO certified MC. Was privileged to interact with you, watch, listen & hear you do what you did best on many an occasion.
Unbelievable you left so soon. But it is well, heaven has but gained an ISO certified MC.

He was a prolific speaker & MC. We learnt from him to be who we are today. The Godfather of Professional Emceeing in #Zimbabwe. He handled my wedding with precision. Great man. His legacy is huge. I will miss Emmanuel M Manyika. Voice that had an Invoice. #RIPEmmanuelManyika
