I Helped Rwanda’s Paul Kagame With His ICT Policy: Nelson Chamisa

MDC-T leader and presidential candidate Nelson Chamisa has said that he helped Rwandan president Paul Kagame in crafting his country’s ICT policy. Speaking at a rally in Beitbridge, Chamisa said,

Look what my brother Paul Kagame (Rwandan leader) is doing for his country. I helped him on his ICT policy, on how to turn around the country when we met in Geneva, Switzerland and he was happy with my presentation. He (Kagame) asked and enquired about me from former president Robert Mugabe and he told him that I belonged to his party Zanu PF, but I told him (Kagame) there and there that I belong to MDC party led by the late Morgan Tsvangirai.

  1. Ok let’s suppose Chamisa did help Kagame to turn around his economy at that time Chamisa, Biti and Save were both in government of national Unity coz he says he was with GUSHUNGO there are many thoughts that come to my mind suffice to mention 2 if he had the formula to turn around economies of other countries why then did he not do the same for ours at that time well CHAMISAS argument Will be Gushungo would not let him because he is not the sort of man who would countenance pushing forward a subordinate idea no matter how brilliant it was which means EVEN if ED was in government Bob would not allow him to push his ideas having said this Chamisa should stop labelling ED as being the same as Mugabe unless ‘Chamisa suffers from convenient amnsea. Matter of fact I do not think Chamisa knows what turnaround is because it needs continuous monitoring and making necessary adjustments and a a lot of feedback and consultation during the process which I do not think Kagame did with him.
