Linda Masarira, the national spokesperson for the breakaway MDC-T party led by Thokozani Khupe, has accused Nelson Chamisa of being a sore loser. This comes after Chamisa criticised High Court judge Justice Francis Bere for his ruling dismissing MDC-T (Chamisa)’s application against Khupe. Said Masarira,
They have not only officially bad-mouthed the Honourable Justice Francis Bere, but have labelled us with all sorts of unprintable words and created conspiracy theories plucked from thin air
Theirs is a case of sour grapes which goes further to reveal that our erstwhile colleagues prefer mobocracy over the legality and would not hesitate to pour scorn on any legal and constitutional settlement of disputes.
Khupe’s MDC-T party has said that it will use Justice Bere’s ruling to claim their share of the $1.8 million which was disbursed to Nelson Chamisa‘s MDC-T under the Political Parties (Finance) Act.
