Chiwenga Is Not Power Hungry, He Only Wanted To Prevent Grace From Becoming President: Shiri

Minister of Lands, Agriculture and Resettlement, retired Air Chief Marshal Perrance Shiri has criticised former president Robert Mugabe saying that he wanted to impose his wife as president. He also praised Constantino Chiwenga saying that he only launched the military intervention to stop Grace’s ascendancy. Said Shiri,

Even dictators like Mobutu of Zaire and Bokassa (CAR) failed in their endeavour to elevate their wives to power, but Zimbabwe nearly succeeded if it was not for our guest speaker, VP Retired General Constantino Guvheya Dominic Nyikadzino Chiwenga…VP Chiwenga is not power hungry because he could have assumed power after former President was removed, but as a professional soldier, he handed over power to President Emmerson Mnangagwa, who asked VP Chiwenga to stay as his deputy.

  1. so you saying Chiwenga stopped Grace so that he himself can take up the presidency- (VP)?

Classical case of an ethical and a moral quagmire!

weird and outrageously absurd assertion by Shiri there & doing it Joram Gumbo style justifying blue lies!

Try keeping quite it’s better that way because the more you talk the more you expose your cold ugly true faces& colors.

I will vote for change not these lies.
