Zanu-PF Members Want Known G40 Members To Be Barred From Contesting. Chiyangwa, Mupfumi Cited

Disgruntled Zanu-PF supporters and members of the National Zanu PF Aggrieved Voters’ Association have called on President Emmerson Mnangagwa to bar known G40 supporters from representing the party in the 2018 harmonised elections. National Zanu PF Aggrieved Voters’ Association chairperson Austin Chinandega said,

Some provincial leaders are being bought with silver and gold at the expense of voters. We are born Zanu PF and we will vote for President Mnangagwa, but we want him to correct what some provincial leaders are doing. How can you confirm Chiyangwa as unopposed? We have videos of him with Mupfumi singing Grace’s praise, but they are now in front, they are now representing the party as unopposed.

Prodigal sons are allowed back in the party, but they must take the back seat. Muduvuri has vast tracts of land in Kadoma, which he even invited Grace Mugabe to officiate. He had several land deals he did with former Local Government minister Saviour Kasukuwere. He also has other land deals in Norton, but the same people are taken back to lead us. So, as Zanu PF voters, we are saying no to imposition of unwanted candidates.

  1. Austin I cannot agree with you further than this. Zanu pf must investigate all constituencies reported uncontested. While I very reservations about some areas Mashonaland west has clearly been exposed as a breeding ground to embarrass our President.
Imagine among others Dexter Nduna disqualifying 6 contestants and all sitting Councilors for being not loyal to the Party. Kikkkk kkkk who honestly is not loyal there.
Gamatox, G40 and now Zanu pf. Those who remained loyal are getting the boot.
