Andy Muridzo who pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s licence and negligent driving changed his plea to not guilty yesterday when he appeared before Harare magistrate Barbra Mateko. He will be back in court in on April 19 for trial continuation.
Muridzo says he was a holder of a valid learner’s licence at the time of the accident. He denies Nyaradzo Muhonde’s allegations that he hit her stationary vehicle in the accident but states that he was driving along Sam Nujoma Street and intended to turn right into Josiah Tongogara as the traffic turned amber.
