“We make no apology for making our humble endeavour to get Zim back on track”: Chamisa Speaks On US Trip

MDC-T Vice President Nelson Chamisa has refuted claims that the MDC-Alliance travelled to the United States to ask for the extension of sanctions. He described the reports as Zanu-PF propaganda. Said Chamisa:

The fake information and propaganda in the form of sanctions was manufactured by a group of Zanu PF activists deployed on social media by senior Zanu PF officials to lie about the purpose of our visit.

As far as the Constitution is concerned, there is going to be an election in the next seven months and we are preparing for the elections.

It entails getting our message to the local and international audience.

We make no apology for making our humble endeavour to get Zimbabwe back on track.

As you are aware, re-engagement takes time and we must act now as an alternative government. We need $15 billion for the immediate reconstruction of Zimbabwe.

  1. Chamisa, you are missing the point here, did you get the 15 billion when you visited the US? Your people have lost credibility as MDC.

  2. You are acting dull chamisa. I followed the interview your spokes person had on Capitalk last week. MDC, Full of contradictions. muchanotonga muri kuAmerica ikoko, kuno amulumi. am not a ZANU PF supporter but you MDC are not principled at all. selfish, heartless and inhumane are some of the least words to describe you. Why not stay there and never come back to Zimbabwe. Biti, instead of concentrating on creating more problems for the citizens, why not focus on your marriage. you failed to mend your broken marriage with your wife and you think you can run this country. shame on you

  3. l think Chamisa iz right but Zanu yakutotsvaga strategy yekujustifier kufailure kwayo and then end up blaming MDC so that macizitens haachazivi zvirikuita vakutoona sekty MDC iri selfish

  4. At the very moment we are in , its to early to think and believe that Zanu PF have failed. I think MDC, with Chanisa leading has to realise that we are fade up with their continued efforts to make Zimbabwean citizens suffer.
They have to reform themselves and make good their broken party before thinking once kuti vachatitonga munyika medu muno!!
