Husband and manager to gospel musician Olinda Marowa, Michael Mufaro Ziwenga has died. The cause of death is yet to be revealed but the news was announced by Olinda on her Facebook page. Sources close to the family told NewsDay that Ziwenga died at a local hospital after a short illness.

Ziwenga leaves behind wife Olinda and two children. Mourners are gathered at Number 12 George Road in Hatfield, Harare. Gospel musicians Togarepi Chivaviro and Ashelly Manzunzu mourned the passing on of Ziwenga.
