Residential properties with base stations to be charged commercial rates

Harare City Council has announced on their official Twitter account that all residential properties housing base stations to be charged commercial rates. We will update this article as soon as we get information as to what necessitated the change in policy. See the tweets below:

All properties where base stations have been mounted are now obliged to pay commercial rates.
