Addressing guests at her niece Miriro Gumbochema’s wedding in Harare yesterday, Zimbabwe’s first lady Grace Mugabe said that people should stop relying on Government for everything. She also said Government is there to facilitate an environment where people can do business.

You can’t be relying on Government for everything. Government is only there to facilitate for us to be able to do business.
