Mnangagwa was poisoned using Palladium poison which partly damaged his liver

The South African doctors who performed minor surgery on Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa last week are reported to have detected traces of palladium poison. The palladium partly damaged the Vice President’s liver. Mnangagwa is alleged to have been poisoned while he was attending a Youth Interface Rally in Gwanda and had to be airlifted to South Africa. He returned on Saturday.  He will need two months for the poison to be flushed out of his system.  A source who spoke to NewsDay said:

The VP ingested potent, non-radioactive poison which has low-quality palladium substances which caused minor liver damage and he had to undergo surgery last Wednesday.

However, Information minister Christopher Mushohwe is insisting that Mnangagwa suffered from an upset system after eating stale food. Said Mushohwe,

What the doctors think happened is that perhaps he ate some stale food, which then means it is really not poison in the sense that the people are trying to allege.

I don’t know about that palladium, go to your sources, our official statement stands.
